General Bonus Rules

  1. Bonus refers to the virtual money on products that are given to Slots33's Players for promotional purposes. Players cannot withdraw such money right after they have been awarded it. Depending on the type of bonus, different processing rules for bonus monies may apply.
  2. All bonus offers are restricted to only ONE (1) free open account per individual, family, household address, email address, phone number, bank account and IP address.
  3. By participating in any promotion run by the Website, Players agree to abide by these General Bonus Rules as well as those listed under each individual promotion. Any Player unwilling to agree to these rules should contact the Slots33 support team for further information.
  4. Each promotion cannot be claimed in conjunction with other Slots33 promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  5. All deposit bonuses must be claimed before the play starts, otherwise, no bonuses will be awarded after the Player has started playing games on the Website. Please note that any deposit promotion cannot be canceled or removed once played in games.
  6. Only one bonus can be claimed at one time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.
  7. When playing with deposit bonuses, the deposit funds are wagered first, followed by the bonus funds.
  8. In order to make any withdrawal, Players must complete the required wagering for the deposits and bonuses, in which the turnover or winning requirements will be specified under individual promotions.
  9. The default turnover requirement is 20 x (Deposit + Bonus).
  10. In the case of no-deposit bonuses, only the bonus amount awarded needs to be wagered.
  11. In the case of rewards with free spins, only the bonus amount won from the free spins needs to be wagered.
  12. All winnings originating from a bonus offer will be considered as bonus winnings and no withdrawal of such winnings can be made until the requirements for the bonus are met.
  13. Failure to wager the bonus within 30 days will cancel the bonus, and the bonus, together with any winnings, will be forfeited.
  14. Bets / wagers placed on different games will contribute differently to the turnover requirements:
    • RNG Games & Slots - 50%
    • Roulette (all variations) - 25%
    • Fishing Games - 25%
  15. Only valid bets / wagers placed on any game of Live Casino and Sportsbook that generated a win or loss return will contribute to the turnover requirement.
  16. All the following bets / wagers will not be counted towards the turnover requirement:
    • Drawn or tied bets
    • Cancelled or void bets
    • Bets placed on two opposing sides in a single game
    • Wagers on odds less than Euro 1.50 or Asia 0.5
  17. Players have the right to refuse to receive any bonus from Slots33.
  18. Slots33 reserves the right to confiscate all winnings earned as a result of abusing the bonus offers, as well as to prohibit the Player from receiving any bonuses in the future.
  19. Slots33 reserves the right to review all Player accounts and disable the second welcome bonus or any further bonuses in a Player account at its sole discretion. If a Player is classified as a “bonus hunter” or “bonus abuser”, bonuses will remain disabled. Bonus option can be enabled only after successful completion of the account security check, which is run by Slots33 Risk department.
  20. Slots33 reserves the right to revoke all of a Player's winnings if the Player is found to have employed any strategies when using active bonuses to meet the wagering requirements. Such strategies include, but are not limited to:
    • Delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus rounds, to a later time when there is no wagering requirement;
    • Betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create minimal risk;
    • Using strategies that take advantage of any software program or system malfunctions.
  21. It is strictly prohibited to delay any game round in any game, including free spins and bonus rounds, to a later time when there is no longer a wagering requirement for specific bonus prior to withdrawal. Making new deposit(s) while there are still free spins or bonus rounds available in any game is also forbidden. In case of violation, the bonus, together with any winnings, will be forfeited.
  22. Slots33 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all funds from a Player's account if they were received in an unfair manner or in violation of the rules.
  23. Slots33 reserves the right to ask Players to confirm both their personal and payment details in order to process withdrawal requests for bonus winnings.
  24. Slots33 reserves the right to deny, modify or cancel any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time without prior notice.
  25. Slots33 reserves the right to terminate and suspend any accounts that are duplicated or do not adhere to any of the rules.
  26. In the event of any dispute, all decisions made by Slots33 shall be final.
  27. General Bonus Rules as published on the Website are in English and the English version of these Rules form the basis of these Rules. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of discrepancy between the English version and the translated version, the English version shall take precedence over any translation.
  28. The Website reserves the right to update these General Bonus Rules at any time without prior notice.
